1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over ₹500.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

KAREO is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damaged Items
