Your satisfaction is important to us. We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility for a Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and undamaged.

It must be in its original packaging, including any boxes or pouches.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

Gift cards.

Sale or clearance items.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at  info@kareo.in with your order number and reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
